AQTS Home Health is a licensed and certified home health agency, accredited by The Joint Commission, providing home health care and private duty nursing services to both adult and pediatric patients. AQTS strives to provide each patient with the highest quality care and excellent customer service. Our mission is to provide the best possible care that patients expect and deserve.

AQTS currently has two branch locations serving the surrounding communities of San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Laredo, Texas. AQTS has very low 30-day acute care hospitalization rates with the use of the transitional care model and best practice interventions and strategies utilizing evidenced-based clinical practice and effective disease-specific protocols and clinical pathways. AQTS is an outstanding post-acute care provider as it collaborates with TMF Health Quality Institute and Home Health Quality Improvement.
